For the renovation of this 18th-century Parisian apartment, Louis Denavaut brought his distinctly contemporary language into dialogue with the building’s historic character.
Through a restrained intervention blending clean volumes, noble materials, and the careful restoration of period elements, he creates a subtle balance between modernity and classic elegance: a dramatic, Left Bank–inspired staging in the living room — highlighted by the oxblood ceiling — contrasted with intimate, softly layered spaces throughout the rest of the apartment, enriched by Amélie Dian’s curatorial eye in both the selection of artworks and materials.
